At Vikersund in Norway yesterday, Slovenia’s Peter Prevc has set a new ski jumping world record after leaping 250m to beat the old mark by nearly four metres.
Not that you’d know it by Prevc’s cool celebrations with the unperturbed Slovenian telling the BBC:
“The speed and the position was perfect. Then I just landed.”
